First, select the product from our collections that you wish to purchase. Once you have made your selection, choose the date and time for your pickup. It is essential to adhere to the scheduled time to ensure that your order is ready upon your arrival.

Upon arrival, please park inside the parking garage located directly under the old “Lunchbox Laboratory” restaurant. You will find parking available on both the P1 and P2 levels of the garage. Make sure to take note of your parking stall number, as this will be required for the check-in process.

Next, use the provided link to check in for your order. During the check-in process, you will need to include a description of your vehicle. This information is crucial for our team to identify and deliver your order efficiently.

It is important to remain inside your vehicle during the pickup process. Our staff will deliver your order directly to your car, minimizing any inconvenience and ensuring a contactless experience.

When picking up your order, please bring a valid form of identification along with the credit or debit card that was used for payment. If you prefer to pay in cash at the time of pickup, you may opt for this option during checkout. Please note that exact change is required for cash payments. The authorization hold on your card will be released after the cash payment is received, although the timing of this release may vary depending on your bank's policies.
